I collect as little personal data as I need to run this site and reply to you. This page explains what that is, why, where it goes and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
This site is run by IMPAKT9 (IMPAKT9 PTE. LTD., UEN: 202502001K), Singapore. I am the data controller and the Data Protection Officer under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can reach me at contact@impakt9.com.
What I collect
Usage data (only with your consent). With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, and how you arrived. It does this through a cookie with a random identifier, not your name or email. I use Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner. Before that, Google receives only limited signals without cookies or identifiers, which it uses to model overall traffic.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, work email, and, if you provide them, your company, a short description of what you’re working on and your preferred way to connect.
AI Readiness Index. You can take the Index anonymously. If you choose to leave your email to receive your results, I receive that email together with your result: your overall tier and your score on each of the six dimensions. I use it to send you your results and one short follow-up note. I won’t add you to a mailing list.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and run that engagement.
- To send the AI Readiness Index results you asked for.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, and to improve the site.
I don’t use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and I don’t sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK)
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contact form and Index results: steps you ask me to take before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Service providers
I use a small number of providers who process data on my behalf:
- Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager: site analytics. Usage data, only with your consent.
- Google Workspace: email. Messages and form notifications.
- Netlify: hosting and form handling. Form submissions and server logs.
- jsDelivr: delivers the cookie banner script. Your IP address, as for any web request.
Fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page does not send your data to a font provider.
Transfers outside Singapore
Google, Netlify and jsDelivr may process data outside Singapore, including in the United States and the EU. I rely on their contractual commitments (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply) to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA and GDPR.
How long I keep it
- Form submissions on Netlify: deleted within 30 days. By then they have been forwarded to my email.
- Enquiries in my email: kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they become part of a client engagement.
- AI Readiness Index results: kept for up to 12 months.
- Google Analytics: detailed event data and user-level data are kept for 14 months. Aggregated reports, with no individual data, are kept longer.
Cookies
The cookies this site uses, and what each one does, are listed in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on a server.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to access or correct your personal data, and withdraw consent for its use. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR also gives you the right to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
Email contact@impakt9.com and I’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore or to your local data protection authority.

If I change how I handle personal data, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
